Account Deletion

How to permanently delete your Intram account.

Warning: This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all your data, transaction history, and account settings will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Before you delete

Before proceeding with account deletion, we recommend:

  • Withdraw all remaining funds from your account
  • Download any transaction reports you may need
  • Ensure all pending transactions are completed
  • Remove any active payment integrations from your websites or apps

How to delete your account

Log in to your account

Visit app.intram.org and sign in with your credentials.

Go to Settings

Click on your profile icon, then navigate to Settings.

Select "Delete my account"

Under the Others tab, click Delete my account.

Confirm deletion

Read the confirmation prompt carefully and confirm. Your account will be archived and then permanently deleted.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account is immediately archived and deactivated
  • All personal data is permanently deleted after the retention period
  • You will no longer be able to log in or access any services
  • Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before deletion
