How is the parent notified and how do they pay?

Each parent receives an SMS that takes them straight to a secure payment page: they just choose their method (MTN, Moov, Celtiis or card) and confirm. A parent without a smartphone can open the link from a relative's phone. A receipt is sent to them by SMS.

When does the money reach the school's account?

Payments are credited to your Intram wallet, then paid out on the agreed schedule. Everything is traceable in the dashboard.
