By accepting this Privacy Policy, you agree that Intram processes your data as described herein, in compliance with Law No. 2017-20 on the protection of personal data.
We commit to not disclosing, selling, or renting your personal information to third parties for advertising purposes without your explicit consent. However, to continuously improve service quality and protect our users' interests, we may, in cases of subcontracting, partnerships, or service integration, share limited personal information with third parties in strict compliance with this policy.
Each Intram Account must be linked to a mobile phone number and may also be linked to a bank account. Intram enables payments on all sites accepting Intram or through all services such as Click and Pay (CnP), Account-to-Account Transfer (TCC), and APIs.

2.1. Mandatory information
When creating an account, we collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and business registration documents (for Merchant accounts). This information is required to verify your identity and provide our services.
2.2. Transaction information
We collect data related to your transactions including amounts, dates, payment methods used, merchant details, and transaction status. This data is necessary to process payments and provide transaction history.
2.3. Third-party verification
We may verify your information with third-party services including mobile money operators, banks, and identity verification providers to ensure the security and integrity of our platform.

We use your information to: process payments, verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, improve our services, send notifications about your account and transactions, and provide customer support.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, modify, and delete your personal data. You can view and update your information by logging into your Account settings. To request data deletion, please contact us at legal@intram.org.
